Job summary

Jetro Restaurant Depot is seeking a Smallwares Manager to oversee inventory, merchandising, and team performance in a fast-paced retail/warehouse setting. You will ensure product availability, accurate stock levels, and compliance with company standards while supporting sales and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating displays, monitoring inventory trends, and maintaining order and safety within the department.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, warehouse, or inventory operations.
• Strong understanding of inventory control and merchandising.
• Experience leading or managing a team.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily smallwares operations to ensure product availability, organization, and presentation.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels through stock control and replenishment.
• Ensure products are labeled, priced, and displayed according to standards.
• Supervise and manage department staff to meet procedures and performance expectations.
• Coordinate merchandising, product placement, and promotional displays.
• Monitor inventory trends, discrepancies, and shrink to address concerns.
• Oversee receiving and stocking activities for accurate processing and placement.
• Maintain department cleanliness, organization, and compliance with standards.
