The role ensures product availability, accurate stock levels, and adherence to company standards while supporting sales and operational efficiency.

The position requires leading a team, maintaining stock integrity, and coordinating promotions in a fast-paced retail/wholesale environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail, warehouse, or inventory operations.
• Strong understanding of inventory control and merchandising.
• Experience leading or managing a team.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily smallwares operations to ensure product availability, organization, and presentation.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels through proper stock control, replenishment, and monitoring.
• Ensure all products are properly labeled, priced, and displayed according to company standards.
• Supervise and manage department staff to ensure adherence to company procedures and performance expectations.
• Coordinate merchandising, product placement, and promotional displays.
• Monitor inventory trends, discrepancies, and shrink to identify and address concerns.
• Oversee receiving and stocking activities to ensure accurate processing and placement of product.
• Maintain department cleanliness, organization, and compliance with operational standards.
