Job summary

The Smallwares Manager at Jetro Restaurant Depot oversees all smallwares operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and team performance. Primarily in a retail/warehouse setting, the position requires hands-on leadership and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail, warehouse, or inventory operations.
• Strong understanding of inventory control and merchandising.
• Experience leading or managing a team.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily smallwares operations to ensure product availability, organization, and presentation
• Maintain accurate inventory levels through proper stock control, replenishment, and monitoring
• Ensure all products are properly labeled, priced, and displayed according to company standards
• Supervise and manage department staff to ensure adherence to company procedures and performance expectations
• Coordinate merchandising, product placement, and promotional displays
• Monitor inventory trends, discrepancies, and shrink to identify and address concerns
• Oversee receiving and stocking activities to ensure accurate processing and placement of product
• Maintain department cleanliness, organization, and compliance with operational standards
