Christ Church is seeking a Director of Small Groups to provide visionary leadership across all campuses. You will cast vision, set goals, and build systems to disciple, develop leaders, and connect people in authentic community.

The role emphasizes recruiting and mentoring volunteers, nurturing leader care, and creating environments where lives are transformed through discipleship and meaningful relationships. Strong strategic and relational gifts are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent ministry leadership experience.
• Minimum of five years of leadership experience in a church/ministry.
• Proven success growing Small Groups or Adult Discipleship.
• Experience recruiting, developing, and multiplying volunteer leaders.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the Small Groups Ministry across campuses.
• Recruit and develop Small Group Leaders and volunteers.
• Coach and mentor leaders with accountability.
• Cultivate spiritual formation and discipleship for leaders.
• Foster a connected community of leaders and collaboration.
• Strengthen group health and ministry excellence through evaluation.
• Lead Small Group Center teams and guest experiences.
• Develop training resources and leadership development opportunities.
• Leverage technology, data, and ministry systems to measure growth.
