Rumpke Waste and Recycling in Columbus, OH is hiring a Small Equipment Operator to operate paper balers, bobcats, and forklifts to move baled or loose materials and load them for transport. You will perform safe driving practices and participate in routine equipment checks.

You will also stack materials securely, organize stored goods, and interact professionally with customers and colleagues. The role may require night or weekend shifts and adherence to company safety policies and federal

Qualifications

• Experience operating equipment such as balers, forklift, and bobcat preferred.
• Ability to read and understand safety instructions.
• Must pass pre-employment testing.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsabilités

• Perform safe driving while loading and unloading loose or baled materials.
• Safely stack baled material without endangering people or equipment.
• Organize and secure stored materials per policy.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections on equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance such as lubrication, fueling, cleaning.
• Weigh, log, and prepare baled materials for transport.
• Interact professionally with internal and external customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
