Job summary

Blain’s Farm & Fleet in Wisconsin is seeking a Small Engine Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain outdoor power equipment, including lawn mowers and snow equipment, sold in our stores. The role tests repaired units for safety and accuracy, prepares repair estimates, and manages work orders and warranty claims.

You will deliver excellent service, assist customers with questions, and participate in training.

Qualifications

• Prefer 1 to 3 years of related experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Manufacturer certifications are preferred (Stihl, Briggs and Stratton, etc)

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain small engine outdoor power equipment.
• Test repairs for safe operation and accuracy; prepare estimates.
• Manage work orders and warranty claims; provide excellent customer service.
• Assist customers with questions and participate in training.
