E&H Hardware Group in Ohio is seeking a reliable Small Engine Technician to repair, maintain, and service mowers, trimmers, chainsaws, generators, and other small engines. You’ll learn on the job with training and certifications, including Stihl Silver Certification within your first year, and join a team focused on quality workmanship, safety, and helping customers keep their equipment running.

We’re offering a $750 signing bonus for new part-time technicians, with training provided to develop

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Certifications in small engine repair preferred but not required.
• On-the-job training available for motivated individuals.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair a variety of small engine equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance to keep tools and machinery in top condition.
• Test repaired equipment to ensure full functionality and safety.
• Maintain service records and equipment documentation.
• Order and install parts as needed.
• Communicate effectively with customers to explain repair needs.
