Job summary

E&H Ace Hardware is seeking a reliable Small Engine Technician to join our service team in Mansfield, OH. This part-time position focuses on repair, maintenance, and servicing of small engine equipment, with a $750 signing bonus and training opportunities including Stihl Silver Certification within the first year.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair a variety of small engine equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance to keep tools and machinery in top condition.
• Test repaired equipment to ensure full functionality and safety.
• Maintain service records and equipment documentation.
• Order and install parts as needed.
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand issues and explain repair needs.
• Assist with selection of replacement parts and accessories.
• Keep the shop clean, organized, and safe; follow all safety protocols.
