Job summary

E&H Ace Hardware in Rocky River, OH is seeking a reliable Small Engine Technician to join our service team on a part-time basis. This role focuses on repair, maintenance, and servicing of small engine equipment, including mowers, trimmers, chainsaws, generators, and more.

A $750 signing bonus is offered and training with Stihl Silver Certification within the first year is provided to motivated individuals.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Familiarity with small engine systems and diagnostic tools.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair a variety of small engine equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance to keep tools and machinery in top condition.
• Test repaired equipment to ensure full functionality and safety.
• Maintain service records and equipment documentation.
• Order and install parts as needed.
