Compensation

• Weekend premium pay of $2.50 per hour for Saturday and Sunday shifts.
• Base pay up to $18.75/hour with annual merit-based raises, depending on experience and other factors.

Job Duties

The Small Engine Technician performs a variety of services in our Small Engine Service Center, including:

• Diagnosing, assembling, and repairing outdoor small engine products such as chainsaws, snow blowers, riding mowers, UTVs, and ATVs.
• Customer service interactions.
• Ordering, receiving, and stocking small engine parts.
• Assisting with warranty claims.
• Supporting the Service Center and facility maintenance as needed.

Qualifications

Applicants must:

• Be able to learn to use our Part Smart website for parts lookup.
• Be 18 years or older.
• Pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks.
• Be available to work evenings and every other weekend.

Additional helpful traits include prior automotive maintenance, customer service, or retail experience, and excellent communication skills.
