Job summary

Agri-power Inc in the United States is seeking a mid-level technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain Polaris, Kawasaki and Honda ATVs and Cub Cadet lawn mowers. You will inspect defects, read wiring diagrams, and perform engine, transmission, and clutch work with a focus on safety and quality.

The role requires hands-on use of power tools, forklifts, welders, and related equipment; you will document repairs in detail and communicate findings to customers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Experience in Computer/I-Pad navigation
• 3 Years experience in small engine/off road
• ATV/SXS experience is preferred

Responsibilities

• Inspect and identify mechanical defects
• Be able to perform electrical diagnostic
• Be able to read & understand a wiring diagram
• Be able to rebuild engines, transmissions & clutches
• Be able to perform basic maintenance: such as; oil changes, transmission services, filter replacements, throttle body & carburetor cleaning & adjustments, drive shaft replacements, brake repairs & drive belt replacements.
• Must be able to operate power tools, special tools, forklifts, torches, welders etc.
• Must be able to type up a full detailed description of what repairs were completed and note any other issues found to let the customer know of any other issues found and need addressed.
• Good communication skills are a must!
• Maintain a clean & safe work environment.
• Complete all required hands-on training and online training modules to get certified in all brands.
