Job summary

Russo Hardware, Inc. is seeking a skilled Service Mechanic to diagnose and repair a range of outdoor power equipment. You will work with diesel and gas engines, hydraulic systems, and power equipment components to ensure top-notch service for customers.

Qualifications

2-3 years of hands-on experience in small engine repair or related field.
Familiar with 2-stroke and 4-stroke engines and power equipment systems.
Excellent communication and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair a variety of small engines and power equipment daily.
Perform repairs on mowers, snowblowers, chainsaws, generators, and similar gear.
Coordinate with Service Writer and Parts Department for parts and estimates.
Suggest preventative maintenance plans to customers.
Assemble, inspect and prep new equipment for delivery.
Maintain a clean, safe work environment and adhere to shop policies.
