Tennies Ace Hardware in West Bend, WI is hiring a skilled Small Engine Mechanic to diagnose and repair outdoor power equipment. You will serve customers, document repairs, and participate in warranty processes in a friendly, family-owned store environment.

Qualifications

• Mechanical skills with knowledge of small engine repair.
• Ability to service 2-stroke and 4-stroke engines.
• Positive attitude, reliability and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair small engine outdoor power equipment (chainsaws, snowblowers, lawnmowers, tractors, zero-turn mowers).
• Provide excellent customer service and assist with product questions and loading/unloading.
• Document repairs, track work orders and assist with warranty claims.
• Attend training classes to stay updated on OEM repair techniques.
• Ensure safety and loss prevention policies are followed.
