Responsibilities

• Lead by example by following safe work practices and maintaining a safety-first approach.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a variety of equipment, including skid steers, mini excavators, mini skids, tractors, diesel-powered equipment, and lawn/small-engine equipment.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and repairs on equipment.
• Diagnose and repair hydraulic systems and related components.
• Identify parts and materials needed for repairs and maintenance and assist with ordering as necessary.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop and work area.
• Document work performed and clearly communicate equipment conditions and repair needs.
• Follow company shop procedures, safety standards, and best practices.
• Complete required documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Provide professional customer service when interacting with customers and vendors.
• Assist with loading/unloading equipment and customers as needed.
• Work with the Shop Manager and team to ensure daily shop tasks are completed efficiently.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
