Kirk Bros. Co. in Ohio is seeking a dependable Small Engine Mechanic to diagnose problems, perform maintenance, and repair a variety of power equipment used in the construction industry. You will work to keep equipment in top condition and ensure safe operation.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues on small engine equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and preventative service.
• Repair gasoline and diesel-powered equipment, including small engines and related components.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic, fuel, ignition, and electrical systems.
• Replace worn or damaged parts and complete necessary adjustments.
• Keep accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Communicate with supervisors regarding equipment status and repair needs.
• Assist with other shop duties as needed.

What You’ll Do

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record preferred.
