Farm Family in the United States seeks a Head of Small Commercial (P&L Owner – Build & Scale) to own full financial performance of the Small Commercial business, shaping strategy across underwriting, pricing, claims and distribution.

Phase-driven leadership will evolve to a dedicated operating model and team, accelerating performance and profitability while expanding market reach and efficiency.

Formación

• Experience owning P&L for a small commercial book and driving profitability.
• Ability to diagnose portfolio health and drive pricing and underwriting improvements.
• Proven leadership in building and guiding underwriting, analytics, and distribution teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own Small Commercial P&L: GWP, earned premium, loss ratio, expense ratio, and growth.
• Set appetite by class, size, industry, geography, and channel.
• Drive rate adequacy and pricing sophistication with actuarial alignment.
• Manage concentration risk, litigation-prone segments, and governance.
• Partner with Ops/IT to build a scalable small commercial engine with STP.
• Lead talent strategy from portfolio leads to analytics and underwriting leadership.
• Influence appetite, pricing, and underwriting decisions across phases.
