• Set and refine appetite by class, size, industry, geography, channel
• Drive rate adequacy and pricing sophistication with actuarial
• Lead underwriting, pricing, distribution, operations

Responsibilities

• Own Small Commercial P&L: GWP, Earned Premium, Loss Ratio, Expense Ratio, Combined Ratio
• Set and refine appetite: By class, size, industry, geography, channel
• Drive rate adequacy and pricing sophistication with actuarial
• Partner with Ops/IT to build a fit-for-purpose small commercial engine
• Improve cycle times and responsiveness
• Define and outperform annual business plan
