Job summary

Future, a Primoris Company, is seeking skilled field technicians in Houston, TX to install, troubleshoot and repair 5G Small Cell radios, antennas, cabling and power along the public right of way. The role includes a 24/7 on-call rotation for emergency repairs and responsibilities such as closing traffic lanes safely and providing real-time status updates.

Candidates should have RF installation experience, basic electrical knowledge, and the ability to lift 60 lbs outdoors in heat or cold.

Qualifications

• Proficient with handheld power tools.
• Must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must be able to pass a DOT Physical.
• Must be physically capable of lifting 60lbs and working outdoors in Heat and Cold.
• Must have basic knowledge of electric wiring and testing.
• Previous experience with RF installation, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Previous bucket truck operation experience a plus.
• Class A – CDL
• Previous Small Cell, RF Experience, or Aerial OSP Experience is a plus*

• Other duties may be assigned as needed.
