The RF Engineer IV is responsible for designing and developing advanced RF components that integrate multiple functionalities into a single chip “chip & wire”, with a focus on optimizing performance and power efficiency. This role leads the design of complex RF systems for Power RF applications in the 8-40GHz range, working knowledge in the kW power levels for radar, small form factor drones, or UAVs applications a plus. Additionally, the engineer will be involved in electrical analysis, process development, and continuous improvement efforts related to frequency extension and power density solutions.
