Elizabeth City State University is seeking a Community Development Professional to provide business management advisory services through the SBTDC, focusing on pre-venture and existing small businesses. The role collaborates with team members to assess clients, assign case managers, and refer as needed, while serving as a primary trainer for nascent entrepreneurs.

The position emphasizes advising clients, developing schedules, and delivering training events to support NC businesses and startups

Professional Knowledge: Knowledge of program policies, procedures, technology, best practices and their theoretical bases.
Program/Project Administration: Ability to administer and manage a program with established guidelines and standards.
Consultation: Ability to advise and collaborate with clients and others to resolve issues.
Information Analysis & Decision‑Making: Ability to analyze business operations and develop initiatives.
Communication & Marketing: Ability to communicate and promote programs and outcomes.
Leadership: Ability to develop and manage a program/project plan.

Mansioni
