Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a customer-focused professional to deliver financial solutions to small businesses and grow relationships. You will combine digital tools with personal engagement, conduct outside prospecting, and refer clients to other banking groups as needed.

The role requires driving a few hours per week and working from a U.S. Bank location five days a week. Strong communication and business knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Typically 3+ years in customer service, consultative sales or prospecting.
• Knowledge of bank policies, procedures and support systems.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial solutions to small businesses with $500K–$2.5M revenue.
• Develop and deepen customer relationships via routine calls and outreach.
• Refer clients to Business Banking and other U.S. Bank areas.
• Open accounts and service products; perform outside prospecting.
• Collaborate with branch partners and centers of influence.
