Job summary

Citi’s US Consumer Cards Rewards & Loyalty team seeks a Head of Small Business Card Customer Growth to define and execute the growth roadmap for Citi’s small business credit card portfolio. You will partner across sales, risk, and product to deliver measurable outcomes while balancing customer value with responsible credit decisions.

In this role, you will lead the development of capabilities, offers, and pricing, monitor segment KPIs, and communicate strategy to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years related product sales experience.
• Extensive experience in the small business banking segment.
• Deep knowledge of consumer/small business banking products and competitive landscape.
• Clear and confident communicator with ability to align diverse teams.
• Experience managing senior stakeholders and partner organizations.
• Solid knowledge of banking operations, credit products, and cross-sell dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth strategy for the small business card segment with a prioritized roadmap.
• Define and monitor segment KPIs to track performance and growth targets.
• Develop competitive insights to sharpen positioning and differentiation.
• Partner with Risk and Pricing to balance growth with financial outcomes.
• Optimize marketing channels and customer touchpoints to improve engagement and cross-sell.
• Build senior stakeholder relationships across Product, Marketing, and Operations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Citi standards.
