Small Business Banker
The Small Business Banker is responsible for driving net customer growth through the attraction, expansion, retention, and servicing of small business relationships. This role supports multiple banking centers within a defined geographic territory, focusing on their portfolio and business customers. The focus is on small business customers with up to approximately $3 million in annual revenues, with lending needs initially up to $100K, expanding to $250K in the future.
