Job summary

Midwestern University’s College of Veterinary Medicine invites applications for a full-time Small Animal Internal Medicine faculty position in Glendale, AZ. Join a four-internist team and support teaching across the DVM curriculum while delivering advanced, evidence-based patient care.

Appointment may be tenure-track or non-tenure-track, with opportunities to mentor residents and participate in a growing specialty hospital alongside surgical and emergency services.

Qualifications

• DVM or equivalent degree required.
• Eligible for Arizona veterinary licensure; faculty license pathway available.
• Board certification by ACVIM or ECVIM, or eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Teach and mentor veterinary students in small animal internal medicine.
• Provide clinical service in the Companion Animal Clinic.
• Contribute to curriculum development and clinical skills teaching.
• Mentor interns and residents and engage in collaborative clinical research.
• Foster student growth and a team-oriented teaching environment.
