Job summary

Lhoist North America is hiring for a plant operat or role in Texas. The position focuses on the slaking process quality, timing, and proper slurry distribution, plus preventative maintenance and QC testing.

You will collaborate with local contractors to resolve site issues and uphold safety standards. Candidates should have at least 2 years in heavy industrial work, a Texas driver’s license, and a willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years heavy industrial experience.
• Must have Texas driver’s license.
• Willing to travel to other operating sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety procedures and accurate paperwork submission.
• Unload rail cars and/or trucks; mix lime and water; operate slurry equipment safely.
• Perform routine maintenance and assist with equipment servicing.
• Respond to site issues and coordinate with supervision and contractors.
