Formlabs in Somerville, MA seeks a senior hardware product leader to own and grow the SLS hardware business. You will report to the CPO, driving major programs from concept to launch and guiding a product-line roadmap with cross-functional teams.

You will lead product managers, balance technical feasibility with commercial goals, and make tough trade-offs to deliver market-leading hardware. This role demands strategic vision and a bias for action.

Formación

• Experience leading hardware programs from concept to launch.
• Proven ability to manage a team of product managers.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full hardware product roadmap for the SLS business, from discovery to delivery.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams across engineering, design, manufacturing, and commercial functions.
• Make high-stakes decisions on product positioning, hardware architecture tradeoffs, and go-to-market timing.
• Represent the voice of the customer inside and outside the company.
• Partner with engineering leadership to ensure feasible solutions.
• Operate with urgency and deliver results.
