• Experience bringing a new material to market from ideation to production.
• Solid understanding of materials science and polymer product development.
• Hands-on thermo-plastic engineering experience.
• Strong testing and troubleshooting mindset with rigorous experimentation.
• Ability to design and conduct experiments to optimize materials.

Responsibilities

• Build world-class SLS materials for 3D printing from initial lab explorations to validation and commercialization.
• Lead research that pushes the boundaries of SLS material performance and translates discoveries into next-gen solutions.
• Partner with product, hardware, and software teams to iterate and improve material performance based on customer feedback.
• Develop methodologies to evaluate material formulations in coordination with SLS print systems balancing chemistry, thermal dynamics, and printing parameters.
