Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience with adults with developmental disabilities.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to exercise discretion and sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administrative operations for assigned caseloads while ensuring service continuity and regulatory compliance.
• Direct, supervise, and evaluate Personal Care Attendants (PCAs).
• Conduct staff onboarding, training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Make staffing recommendations and participate in hiring decisions.
• Coordinate individualized service plans and ensure they align with TCRC authorizations and client needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting per agency standards and timelines.
• Serve as liaison with TCRC, families, providers, and community partners to coordinate services.
