Job summary

TRISTAR INC in Indiana is seeking an Operations Analyst to support AN/SLQ-32 EW systems through testing, evaluation, and fleet support activities. The role applies analytical methods to evaluate performance, identify deficiencies, and propose corrective actions throughout the system lifecycle.

The successful candidate will have hands-on experience in system integration, troubleshooting, testing, and fleet operations, with a strong understanding of EW performance, shipboard installation, and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent defense experience.
Minimum 5 years of test and evaluation or related analysis.
Experience with Navy EW, radar, or RF systems.
U.S. citizen able to obtain a security clearance.
Willing to travel at least 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

Perform operational analysis, testing, and evaluation of EW systems.
Analyze performance data to identify trends, anomalies, and root causes.
Develop and execute test plans and evaluation criteria.
Conduct assessments of performance and readiness using OR methods.
Provide recommendations for improvements and corrective actions.
Support integration testing and review technical docs (IOC, ECP, SCD, ICD, SID).
Prepare technical reports and briefing materials for leadership.
