Job summary

TRISTAR is seeking an Operations Analyst to support the AN/SLQ-32(V)6 and (V)7 EW systems through testing, evaluation, analysis, and fleet support activities. The successful candidate will apply analytical, engineering, and operational assessment methods to evaluate system performance, identify deficiencies, support corrective actions, and improve testing processes throughout the system lifecycle.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Operations Research, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical discipline.
Significant directly related military, government, or defense industry experience may substitute for a degree.
Minimum 5 years of experience supporting test & evaluation, systems engineering, operations analysis, or technical assessment activities.
Experience with Navy combat systems, Electronic Warfare, radar, or RF-based technologies.
Willing to travel at least 25% of the time.
Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

Perform operational analysis, testing, and evaluation of AN/SLQ-32(V)6 and (V)7 EW systems and subsystems.
Analyze system performance data to identify trends, anomalies, deficiencies, and root causes affecting operational effectiveness.
Develop and execute test plans, procedures, and evaluation criteria for system integration, verification, and acceptance testing.
Conduct quantitative and qualitative assessments of system performance and readiness using engineering and operations research methodologies.
Evaluate test results and provide recommendations for system improvements, process optimization, and corrective actions.
Support integration testing between AN/SLQ-32(V)6 and (V)7 configurations and EW subsystems.
Review technical documentation (IOC, ECPs, SCDs, ICDs, SIDs) and develop technical reports and briefing materials for Government leadership.
