Job summary

TRISTAR is seeking an Operations Analyst to support the AN/SLQ-32(V)6 and (V)7 Electronic Warfare systems through testing, evaluation, analysis, and fleet support activities.

The successful candidate will apply analytical, engineering, and operational assessment methods to evaluate system performance, identify deficiencies, support corrective actions, and improve testing processes throughout the system lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent military/government experience.
• Minimum 5 years supporting test & evaluation, systems engineering, operations analysis, or technical assessment activities.
• Experience with Navy combat/EW systems or RF technologies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform operational analysis, testing, and evaluation of AN/SLQ-32(V)6 and (V)7 EW systems and subsystems.
• Analyze system performance data to identify trends, anomalies, and root causes affecting effectiveness.
• Develop and execute test plans, procedures, and evaluation criteria for integration, verification, and acceptance testing.
