North Ridge Health and Rehab is seeking a Speech Therapist (SLP) to plan, organize, develop, and direct speech-language pathology services in accordance with federal, state, and local standards. A $3,000 sign-on bonus is offered for full-time employment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology.
• Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC).
• Active SLP license in state(s) of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality speech therapy services and initiate referrals per standards.
• Evaluate and collect data for treatment planning and implementation.
• Develop treatment plans with target list, short- and long-term goals.
• Instruct patient, family, and staff in speech-language procedures for carryover.
• Complete compliant documentation per CMS in NetHealth EMR.
• Oversee FEES/MBS protocols with site coordination.
• Participate in resident needs screening with timely, clinical excellence.
