Adoration Home Health is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for home health services in Warner Robins, GA. This part-time or PRN role offers 1:1 patient care and a supportive team environment.

Required qualifications include a Master's in Speech Language Pathology, an active license in the practicing state, and current BLS/CPR certification. Prior pediatric and adult experience is valued; benefits and flexible scheduling are available.

• Current, unrestricted license as a Speech Language Pathologist in the practicing state.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with patients to evaluate their levels of speech or language difficulty, determining the need for continued therapy services
• Teach patients how to make sounds and improve their voices
• Teach alternative communication methods, such as sign language, to patients with little or no speech capability
• Educate and guide healthcare team members, patients, and caregivers in specific aspects of therapeutic exercises to support continued progress outside of direct therapy sessions
• Document appropriate progress and clinical notes noting patient's response to therapy and submit visit documentation per Agency policy

Qualifications

• Minimum of Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology from a college or university with accredited Speech Language Pathology program
• A minimum of one (1) year's work experience as a Speech Language Pathologist
• Current, unrestricted license as an Speech Language Pathologist by state in which practicing
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) or CPR certification in accordance state regulations
