This position offers flexible scheduling options (FT/PT/Per Diem), weekly pay, and comprehensive benefits. NYS SLP license, CCC, CPR, and EMR proficiency are required to join our team.

Qualifications

• CCC certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient speech or swallow evaluations and/or screens of patients.
• Develop plan of care and manage changes as appropriate.
• Provide quality therapy services in a SNF setting for various conditions.

Pay Rate: $46-$48 Hourly (W-2), $57-$60 Hourly (1099)

Speech Language Pathologist Job Duties

• Provide efficient speech or swallow evaluations and/or screens of patients
• Develop plan of care, downgrade/upgrade as appropriate, manage meal texture
• Provide quality therapy services to individuals in an SNF setting, who require care related to TBI, CVA, Stroke, Parkinson’s, Multiple Sclerosis, Cancer, orthopedic surgery, and other debilitating diagnosis.

Monitor and document patient progress with the use of innovative EMR software.

Speech Language Pathologist Requirements

• Not accepting Clinical Fellows (CFY) at this time.
• Current NYS SLP License and Registration
• Clinical Competence Certification (CCC)
• CPR Certificate
• EMR Competence
• Meets all State and Federal requirements for US employment in a Nursing Facility
• Malpractice/Liability Insurance (if applicable)
