Job summary

Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) licensed or eligible for CT licensure to work in SNF/LTC settings. This contract role offers a 5x8 day schedule and requires the candidate to align with the organization’s vision, values, and goals.

Minimum requirements include 1 year of SLP experience in SNF/LTC, and a current CT license or active licensure process. The position provides comprehensive benefits and reimbursement options through Centra.
