Job summary

Centra Healthcare Solutions, Inc. seeks an experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) licensed or in the process of obtaining MD licensure to work in SNF/LTC settings.

This contract, 5x8 days position, requires one year of recent SNF/LTC OT experience and an active OT license in the state of practice.
