Job summary

Centra Healthcare Solutions Inc in Milledgeville, GA is seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist for a contract assignment in a SNF/LTC setting. The role involves delivering skilled speech therapy services, working under physician orders, and joining a growing team.

You will assess patient needs, plan and evaluate care, and set achievable goals for communication and swallowing with an interdisciplinary team to ensure quality outcomes. SLP-CCC licensure is required or in process.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Current state license or eligibility for licensure as an SLP.
• SLP-CCC certification required or in process.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled speech therapy services / interventions per physician orders.
• Assess patient needs, plan, evaluate and modify care for goals.
• Set realistic goals for communication and swallowing supporting education and social roles.
