Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) licensed or in the immediate process to obtain COTA licensure in Indiana for SNF/LTC settings. This is a contract position with a 5x8 schedule, offering diverse assignments nationwide and responsibilities aligned with the organization’s mission.

Minimum requirements include 1 year of COTA experience and a valid state license; Centra provides mileage reimbursement, weekly pay, CEU reimbursement,
