Job summary

Skylake Post Acute in Thornton, Colorado is hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist. Clinical Fellows are welcomed and will join an inter-disciplinary team to deliver comprehensive speech therapy to residents.

Must have an ASHA-accredited SLP program, active Colorado SLP license, and be comfortable using Casamba and PointClickCare. Competitive benefits, PTO, 401k, and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an ASHA-accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
• Current, unencumbered Colorado SLP license (required).
• Experience in post-acute or long-term care settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy services to residents as part of an inter-disciplinary team.
• Document therapy sessions in Casamba and PointClickCare.
• Support residents’ communication and swallowing goals in a SNF setting.
