Job summary

Skylake Post Acute in Thornton, Colorado is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join our inter-disciplinary team delivering resident-focused therapy.

Work in a skilled nursing facility setting with opportunities for growth. Must have an ASHA-accredited program and CO licensure; CPR as required. Casamba and PCC experience are a plus. Enjoy competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package including a $5K bonus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an ASHA-accredited speech program.
• Experience in post-acute or long-term care settings preferred.
• Active Colorado SLP license required.
• Current CPR certification as requested.

Responsibilities

• Provide Speech Therapy services as part of an inter-disciplinary team for residents.
• Deliver appropriate care in a post-acute or long-term care environment.
• Support residents’ communication and swallowing goals within a SNF setting.

Successful Candidate:

Must be a graduate of an accredited Speech Program by ASHA.

Experience in providing appropriate care in post-acute or long-term care environment (preferred)

Current, unencumbered, active Colorado Speech Therapist License (required)

CPR (as requested)

Successfully completed a national examination in SLP approved by the HHS Secretary. Proficient in computer skills such as inputting data into programs such as Casamba and Point Click Care.

Rate Range $46-$52/hour

***5K Bonus- $1250 paid out Quarterly***
