Job summary

Skylake Post Acute in Thornton, Colorado, is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist to join a leading SNF focused on rehabilitation and 24-hour care. You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and administer PT services in a supportive team environment.

Requirements include current Colorado PT license, graduation from an accredited PT program by APTA & CAPTE, and prior post-acute or long-term care experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered Colorado Physical Therapist License.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program by APTA & CAPTE.
• Experience in post-acute or long-term care environment preferred.
• Ability to pass Colorado CAPS background check.
