Job summary

FullShift Staffing seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to evaluate and treat patients in a Massachusetts Skilled Nursing Facility. Contract options include 13 weeks with extension or permanent placement, with day shifts and competitive pay plus housing and travel stipends for travelers.

New grads are welcome; active state licensure, BLS/CPR, and ability to obtain required clearances are preferred. Collaboration with an interdisciplinary team and ongoing support are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Active Speech-Language Pathology License in the state of employment (or ability to obtain).
• CCC-SLP preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification current or ability to obtain.
• TB test/results current.
• Physical state fit for duty within past year.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Assess and monitor patient progress, adjusting interventions as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure best outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on therapy goals and strategies.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
