Job summary

FullShift Staffing is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Massachusetts for a SNF setting in Norwood. This contract offers a competitive hourly rate with housing and travel stipends for travelers or potential permanent placement.

Whether you're a new grad or an experienced SLP, you'll evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders, develop individualized plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve meaningful patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active Speech-Language Pathology License in the state of employment (or ability to obtain).
• CCC-SLP preferred.
• Current BLS/CPR Certification (or ability to obtain).
• Current TB test/results.
• Current physical stating fit for duty (within past year).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Assess and monitor patient progress, adjusting interventions as needed.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on therapy goals and strategies.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
