Job summary
FullShift Staffing is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a SNF setting with options for a 13-week contract or permanent placement. You’ll help patients improve speech, language, cognition, and swallowing while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications
- Active Speech-Language Pathology license in the state of employment (or ability to obtain)
- CCC-SLP preferred
- BLS/CPR certification (or ability to obtain)
- TB test/results current
- Physical stating fit for duty within past year
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, voice and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Assess and monitor patient progress, adjusting interventions as needed
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team for best outcomes
- Educate patients and families on therapy goals and strategies
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
