Job summary

FullShift Staffing is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a Skilled Nursing Facility setting. The role offers 13 weeks contract with option to extend, or a permanent placement, with a competitive pay package and housing/travel stipends for travelers.

Qualifications

• Active Speech-Language Pathology License in the state of employment (or ability to obtain) – New grads welcome!
• CCC-SLP preferred
• Current BLS/CPR Certification (or ability to obtain)
• TB test/results and physical stating fit for duty within past year

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Assess and monitor patient progress, adjusting interventions as needed
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes
• Educate patients and families on therapy goals and strategies
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
