Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation seeks a licensed Speech‑Language Pathologist in Michigan to provide comprehensive SLP services across patient populations. You will screen, evaluate, and treat patients, develop and implement treatment plans, and coordinate discharge planning within facilities.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, uphold professional standards, stay current with regulatory requirements, and contribute to program development and quality care for clients in diverse care

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Speech-Language Pathology services to patients.
• Foster relationships with clients and facility staff while delivering high-quality care.
• Screen, evaluate, create and implement treatment plans; plan discharge and manage cases.
• Maintain licensure and stay updated on regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Ensure care aligns with billing models and clinical guidelines.
