Job summary

MedCare Pediatric Group, LP is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Texas. You will evaluate and treat children with speech, language, feeding, and swallowing needs, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to drive meaningful outcomes for families.

We welcome new graduates and seasoned professionals who are licensed or eligible to practice in Texas, with opportunities for growth and mentorship in a supportive setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Speech-Language Pathology and Texas licensure by start date.
• 1 year of experience preferred, but new graduates welcome to apply.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish; pediatrics experience is a plus.
• Licensed to practice as an SLP in Texas by anticipated start date.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Deliver therapy to address speech, language, feeding, and swallowing needs.
• Monitor and adjust plans to ensure progress and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support holistic care.

Skills

Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Qualifications and Responsibilities:

• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
• Licensed to practice as an SLP in Texas by the anticipated start date
• 1 year of experience preferred, but new graduates welcome to apply
• Bilingual in English & Spanish
• Experience in pediatrics preferred; bilingual skills a plus but not required
