Woodfords Family Services in Maine is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join its Early Childhood Services and SPPS programs. You will provide on-site therapy to a diverse caseload of PreK-5 students and help them build communication skills in a supportive, collaborative educational setting.

The role begins at the Waterville campus and transitions to the new Manchester campus, with a $2,500 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance for eligible candidates, along with a

• Must have a Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology/Communication Disorders.
• Must possess good organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Mansioni

• Provide direct, on-site speech-language therapy to a caseload of students
• Conduct speech and language evaluations for initial placement and ongoing progress monitoring
• Develop individualized Plans of Care, quarterly progress reports, and discharge summaries
• Participate in IEP, IFSP, and family meetings as scheduled or required
• Collaborate closely with Behavior Analysts, Occupational Therapists, Social Workers, and Teaching Staff to deliver cohesive, student-centered programming
• Provide training and guidance to teaching staff around speech and communication goals
• Supervise speech assistants in accordance with Maine Board of Examiners requirements, as applicable
