Job summary

Optimal Care Therapy is seeking Clinical Fellow Speech-Language Pathologists for clinic-based teams in the Chicago/Skokie area.

You will receive structured mentorship, hands-on experience, and guidance to grow independent clinical skills during your fellowship year.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Strong passion for working with children in a school-based setting
• Commitment to completing Clinical Fellowship requirements

Responsibilities

• Structured Clinical Fellowship supervision aligned with IL and ASHA guidelines
• Direct and indirect mentorship from CCC-SLP supervisors
• Hands-on experience delivering therapy services in a clinic-based setting
• Collaboration with educators and multidisciplinary teams
• Specialization mentorship in Auditory Processing, Language Processing, Pragmatic Language, Executive Functioning and more
