Avamere Skilled Advisors, LLC d/b/a Avamere Living in Port Orchard, WA is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for on-site, full-time work at Avamere at Ridgemont. The role includes evaluation, treatment planning, goal setting, family education and comprehensive documentation to ensure quality patient care.

Qualified candidates will hold an approved SLP curriculum, active licensure, CPR/BLS, and familiarity with Medicare and payer sources.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an approved curriculum in Speech Language Pathology.
• Active license and credentials in good standing.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Knowledge of Medicare and payer sources.

Responsabilités

• Provide speech pathology services to patients per licensure.
• Direct and supervise assistants and rehab staff per state/federal guidelines.
• Complete timely documentation including evaluations, progress notes, and reports.
• Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with patient goals and reimbursement levels.
• Educate staff and payers on interventions and clinical outcomes.
